After another real estate agency refused to do a flat rate & still wanted 3 percent to handle my sale, I contacted Katherine. She and her broker agreed to do it. I had found buyer for house so I did not need to list it. Katherine represented me well with buyer & took care of all the paperwork. She informed me of what was needed along the way and the sale went through smoothly. I enjoyed working with her. I highly recommend her and her agency.
