He made himself available for several days of tours and even spent time with myself and the contractor when deciding on renovations, prior to closing. Bill was actually the one who supplied the name of a good contractor! When I decided to switch to a cash purchase he did what was necessary to facilitate that last minute change. Tom was excellent at really dialing in on what we were looking for. He helped with all the details of the transition of buying the property. My financing even changed dramatically and he was claim about it and rolled with me switching to my HELOC to pay for the property last minute. That actually worked out better, because lenders on second homes are ridiculous! Tom took us to his favorite title company in Nashville and they were great as well! The whole experience was very good.
