We had 40 acres of recreational hunting/camping. It took a special buyer to keep the property as such. Matthew had an amazing video made of thd property! I honestly believe that is what sold it, along with Matthew's Hoosier hospitality and his down to earth personality. He truly enjoys interacting with others.
