Sara was amazing to work with! We wanted to buy a house in the suburbs and Sara & Dan helped us so much! Once we found the house, we had a unique situation with the buyer and Sara kept us in the loop with all changes and any updates. A sewage line needed to be fixed and Sara made sure everything was done to our satisfaction before we closed. She has a great personality and made us feel very comfortable. As first time home owners, we had a lot of questions and Sara informed us throughout the whole process and made things very easy. I would 100% recommend anyone to her.

We worked with Kim to sell our home earlier this year. To get right to the point...we had 13 offers in 4 days & sold for higher than list. Results speak for themselves. Kim spent time to understand our needs & home value and then worked very closely with us thru the whole process from pre listing thru open house, offer acceptance, and was a big help in finalizing the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Kim and and would definitely do business with her again. My only regret is not being able to work with Kim in our new location out of state.
