Kim did a great job listing, selling and closing on our home in less than three weeks after public listing. That included having a contractor perform some work requested by the buyer before closing. Tammy recently helped us buy our first home and did an amazing job. From the first day we met her, we were blown away by how organized she is. That brings me to point two - she is very patient. We were first time homebuyers and wanted to see A LOT of places before finally buying a place. She did a great job negotiating for us when we finally found a place we loved and again, was extremely organized, making paperwork very easy.
