If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Raquel did a great job in every way. She worked with us to review the market data and set the listing price. She produced a terrific video that really showed the homes best features. She aggressively marketed the property on the private market. We sold our house above list after less than a week on the private market and one day on MLS. She is a joy to work with, is very knowledgeable about all details of the negotiation and will get the job done.

As out of state sellers , we had some apprehension in getting our house ready for listing. Sam made the process very easy for us. She has great contacts with handymen, painters etc who are reasonably priced and she got the job done in record time. We also priced it right with her guidance and closed on the house within 2 Months of listing. Not a small feat during a pandemic! Would highly recommend.

Raquel, is by far the best realtor one could have. We were on the market approximately 2 years ago and did not receive 1 offer on our home. We listed with Raquel and our home sold before hitting the market. This was amazing to say the least. It was good to have a realtor take control from the beginning to the end. This relief of stress allowed me the opportunity to focus on other things of importance such as family and finding a new home. Raquel proved herself to be super amazing once again when she helped us find our dream home. Raquel led us in the right direction and we were able to close and sell on both homes in the same day. I must admit I am not the easiest person to work with and I am convinced Raquel has the patience of a “Saint”.
