If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Raquel did a great job in every way. She worked with us to review the market data and set the listing price. She produced a terrific video that really showed the homes best features. She aggressively marketed the property on the private market. We sold our house above list after less than a week on the private market and one day on MLS. She is a joy to work with, is very knowledgeable about all details of the negotiation and will get the job done.

Raquel, is by far the best realtor one could have. We were on the market approximately 2 years ago and did not receive 1 offer on our home. We listed with Raquel and our home sold before hitting the market. This was amazing to say the least. It was good to have a realtor take control from the beginning to the end.
