We have used Martin for many years now, from buying our first home 8 years ago, to selling that home and buying another one this year. He is always professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to build relationships and stay in touch, which is much appreciated. We will continue to utilize Martin for future real estate endeavors.

Karen must have the patience of a saint. She must have took my wife and I to at least fifty different houses. It's hard to please two people at the same time. Sometimes I would like the place but my wife didn't. Or the other way around. But Karen was on the mark with the type of house we wanted. She also had a lot of insight and information on what to expect from one set of circumstances to the next. Karen was always available when we had questions or trouble.
