Karen must have the patience of a saint. She must have took my wife and I to at least fifty different houses. It's hard to please two people at the same time. Sometimes I would like the place but my wife didn't. Or the other way around. But Karen was on the mark with the type of house we wanted. She also had a lot of insight and information on what to expect from one set of circumstances to the next. Karen was always available when we had questions or trouble.
