Martin Uthe was great to work with as he has great communication skills and marketing knowledge. He answers his phone 90% of the time and the other 10% he returns your call within 5 minutes which is such a pleasure in this day and age. Martin also is a great resource for support services to get the best price in a reasonable time. In addition, Martin saved me a ton of time by meeting with contractors at my condo and contacting the association's management company when needed. I would highly recommend Martin to any family member or friend as he goes above and beyond to serve his clients.

It's not every day that you sell a house, Martin made it easy. For our first meeting he studied the market, and proposed beyond my expectations. After hearing my thoughts he reworked his plan which still exceeded my expectations. He is easy to talk to and he listens carefully to what your saying and feeling. He had referrals for everything, from the daunting task of cleaning out 40 years of memories? (just my word for junk that had been collected). Gave suggestions that improved marketability. He was a hands on partner in the sale. Always professional in appearance yet ready to roll up his sleeves to give a hand. And patiently giving encouragement as we progressed in our journey. We made the house look so good I joked that I wanted to buy it back. The actual offers came quickly and Martin helped identify the serious offers to consider.
