That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time.
