There are many realtors out there, but I have found in the past, that after they get the listing, they seem to be scarce. NOT CHRISTIE! My family and I received a very old building when our parents passed. It had originally been a stage coach stop, then the building was added in about the 1920's. It was a very unique and interesting building, but had fallen into disrepair over the last 20 years. Christie researched the market and provided a wealth of knowledge and guidance. She was also extremely good at following up with any possible buyers and reporting back the feedback and status to me. Again, this piece of property was not a walk in the park, but Christie kept a positive attitude and worked tirelessly to get it SOLD!
