89 real estate agents in Troy

There are many realtors out there, but I have found in the past, that after they get the listing, they seem to be scarce. NOT CHRISTIE! My family and I received a very old building when our parents passed. It had originally been a stage coach stop, then the building was added in about the 1920's. It was a very unique and interesting building, but had fallen into disrepair over the last 20 years. Christie researched the market and provided a wealth of knowledge and guidance. She was also extremely good at following up with any possible buyers and reporting back the feedback and status to me. Again, this piece of property was not a walk in the park, but Christie kept a positive attitude and worked tirelessly to get it SOLD! I will use Christie for ALL future real estate sales and purchases. You can't go wrong with Christie!!

Christie Gassen was great to work with. This was my first time selling a house and she really explained everything. She walked me through the whole process and made it very easy. I highly recommend contacting Christie for your real estate needs!!

This is the second time I have acquired Rozanne and her team to help sell my home and find a new home. I find the process stressful and Rozanne really helps it all go smoothly. Even when hiccups happen she is right on it. Communication is excellent. She will go beyond what a realtor normally does. She will always be my go to as long as she’s working! Thank you so much for helping me sell my house and find my perfect home for my new chapter in my life. Made a scary life change into an exciting one!

When I approach Roseanne and Bill, I was skeptic but come to find out they did a wonderful job. She went way beyond her duties to take care of needs of my home very attentive, very knowledgeable. Very professional loved dealing with her on numerous things and when I sell my other home, I will have her do that as well. She is one of the best realtors that I’ve ever talked with.

Rozanne is our go-to agent for all of our real estate transactions (I think the count is at 7). We have both bought and sold with her and trust her completely. She has a deep well of knowledge and we don't do any sales or purchases without her. Rozanne is responsive, kind, honest, and hardworking. She truly is the best of the best.

Tracey knew exactly what I was looking for and make this process quick and efficient which is what I was looking for. I would recommend Tracey anytime.

We have bought and sold multiple homes over the years due to my job moving me around. Over the past 15 years, we’ve worked with Tracey and she has done a great job!! She knows the market extremely well and has always exceeded our expectations! I would give her 10 stars if that was an option. She is the best!!
