She walked us through all the different steps (and questions we had) with patience and encouragement. The pictures she arranged of the house were fantastic! Certainly a huge driver in how quickly our house sold! I would highly recommend her services!

Sandie was a great help, especially through the closing process and negotiating terms with the buyer as far as inspections and repairs were concerned. I was happy final selling price negotiated for my property. I would reccomend Sandie if you're in need of a real estate professional.
