Mark is hands-down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He helped us sell my parents’ home, which was not an easy sale by any means. From day one, he was completely hands-on, organized, and dedicated. He hosted weekly open houses without fail, constantly went above and beyond to help us fix up the property, and stayed on top of every detail. What really sets Mark apart is his old-school work ethic and personal touch. He’s incredibly personable — people genuinely like him — and I honestly believe his charm and professionalism were a big part of why our house sold so well. He followed up with every potential buyer promptly, provided weekly updates on showings, and was always just a phone call away. I never once had to chase him for an update — he was always one step ahead. When two unexpected issues came up during the inspection, Mark didn’t just pass them off — he rolled up his sleeves and fixed them himself. That kind of integrity and dedication is almost unheard of today. He also has a deep network of contacts for any maintenance or repair issues, which made the entire process much smoother. Other agents had suggested listing our home for $40,000 less, but Mark stood firm and confident in his pricing — and he was absolutely right. He marketed the home brilliantly, showcased its strengths, and got us a fantastic price. His marketing skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for our family made all the difference. Mark doesn’t just sell houses — he treats his clients like family. We felt truly cared for and supported from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, hardworking, responsive, and will fight to get you the best outcome possible, Mark is your guy. I can’t recommend him enough!
