In picking a real estate agent to sell our Lakehouse, we looked for someone that presented himself knowledgeable in the industry and had a pleasant personality. We found such a person at L.W. Reedy Real Estate. His name was Ross Rosenberg, an energetic young man that presented himself with the requirements that we had been looking for. Ross took charge from day one and put together a plan for us on what was needed to sell our Lakehouse in a short time. Three days after we put our Lakehouse up for sale, he had 35 showings and 3 major bids. We secured the best bid for the purchase and 5 weeks later we had completed all paperwork and had a check in our hand for the property. Thanks to Ross’s professional demure and hard work we had sold the Lakehouse in record time.

Paul is a great realtor. I've had realtors who have been asleep at the wheel, so Paul was such a breath of fresh air. He understands the Chicagoland market, and used that knowledge to guide us through the process. He worked with great partners and was able to get us an inspector who had the same work ethic. Kate face-timed home visits and worked with my daughter to include her in visits. Her knowledge of the local market was invaluable as I knew nothing about it.
