Selling a house is overwhelming and selling an elderly relatives house during a pandemic only added to the stress. If you are looking for the best realtor, North Shore, you found her. Vittoria is amazing! She is professional, educated and she knows real estate. She not only sold my home in record time(approximately one month), she sold it during a pandemic by a virtual showing! Vittoria realistically priced my home, never dropped the price, staged my home and made it so beautiful that I almost did not want to sell it. After selling my home, she held my hand every step of the way. I felt like Lyndsay had my back through the whole process. She was very patient in my situation as I was balancing issues of owning vs. renting and had a stressful move out period due to a pending divorce. She worked with me and gave up a lot of her time to help me find a home for myself for now--which really suits me and is a good fit for now. I couldn't have done it without her.

"Lyndsay was more than we could have ever wished for in an agent. She was kind and patient. She showed us so many houses for us to be able to pick our perfect home. She worked tirelessly on our behalf to find the "needle in a haystack". She would come to us with special picks and recommendations. Often times she would completely rearrange her schedule to show us "brand new to the market homes" and then take the time to show me a house and then my husband, if we both couldn't meet up. Lyndsay also would answer our random emails and texts any time we needed her. We felt comfortable and completely taken care of with her.
