L.W. Reedy Real Estate

In picking a real estate agent to sell our Lakehouse, we looked for someone that presented himself knowledgeable in the industry and had a pleasant personality. We found such a person at L.W. Reedy Real Estate. His name was Ross Rosenberg, an energetic young man that presented himself with the requirements that we had been looking for. Ross took charge from day one and put together a plan for us on what was needed to sell our Lakehouse in a short time. Three days after we put our Lakehouse up for sale, he had 35 showings and 3 major bids. We secured the best bid for the purchase and 5 weeks later we had completed all paperwork and had a check in our hand for the property. Thanks to Ross’s professional demure and hard work we had sold the Lakehouse in record time.

I cannot say enough about Jack Disimone. He was effective, professional and brilliant. He gave excellent advice and I knew he had my best interest. With his work, my home was sold after one private showing. He made sure I was aware of my responsibilities before the listing and sale and he kept my attorney on point as well. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Jack was the best real estate professional I have ever worked with.

Where do we start !!!! Jack is incredible!! There is not enough nice thing to say about him. From day one he was a go getter even before we put the sign on the front lawn he was promoting our house. There was always a flow of prospects, he would never bring anyone if he didn't think they were a serious buyer. Literally in less than a week the house had a contract He always looked out for the BEST interest of my family ,he explained the offers that we received and always let us know if they would be in our best interest or not and if it would be time to pull an offer. Which we did not need to. We could have not done this with out Jack. Jack is one of the most honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable person there is. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. The best thing through this journey is that we have made a friend for life.
