Martin Uthe was great to work with as he has great communication skills and marketing knowledge. He answers his phone 90% of the time and the other 10% he returns your call within 5 minutes which is such a pleasure in this day and age. Martin also is a great resource for support services to get the best price in a reasonable time. In addition, Martin saved me a ton of time by meeting with contractors at my condo and contacting the association's management company when needed. I would highly recommend Martin to any family member or friend as he goes above and beyond to serve his clients.

I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents.
