Paul is a great realtor. I've had realtors who have been asleep at the wheel, so Paul was such a breath of fresh air. He understands the Chicagoland market, and used that knowledge to guide us through the process. He worked with great partners and was able to get us an inspector who had the same work ethic. He was very patient with us and, most importantly, a tough advocate for us during this process. I always felt like he had our back when he sold our place and when he helped us find a new one. Martin Uthe was great to work with as he has great communication skills and marketing knowledge. He answers his phone 90% of the time and the other 10% he returns your call within 5 minutes which is such a pleasure in this day and age. Martin also is a great resource for support services to get the best price in a reasonable time. In addition, Martin saved me a ton of time by meeting with contractors at my condo and contacting the association's management company when needed. I would highly recommend Martin to any family member or friend as he goes above and beyond to serve his clients.

I hired Alexa after being dissatisfied with another agent from another brokerage. Alexa was super responsive, kept me informed every step of the way. She also helped us understand what we needed to do repair/cosmetically to achieve our goal price & time. She was also an expert at exploring our options (sell VS. rent) with the our goals in mind. Alexa also came in and took inviting new pictures and added a few staging touches to make it look that more inviting. Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process.
