Gloria came over helped me assess any work I needed to do before the house hit the market, helped me through the paperwork, and followed up every step of the way. I had a difficult situation as I have many dogs and she set it up so I had time to remove them for showings. I always got a response from Gloria day or night through text or email, and she never made me feel badly about my many questions and concerns. Gloria always followed up throughout the process, and through her hard work and dedication we sold the house very quickly for a great price. I cannot possibly give her enough stars here, Gloria is everything anyone could want in a real estate agent and more. Had I not moved out of state I would continue to use her services repeatedly.

Selling & buying our house in the middle of a pandemic was challenging, but with Nikhil it went smoothly and relatively quickly. Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process. We were moving from North Carolina to Illinois, and Denis and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and listened to our "wants" in a house.
