He knew the market, so he helped me submit an offer that was accepted right away. From then until closing --and after--everything went very smoothly. For example, he chose an excellent real estate attorney, inspection firm, etc. The closing went very smoothly because Luis anticipated every possible problem and made sure I was prepared.
