Excellent Realtor

I had to sell my house while going through a divorce, and Vince Romano was recommended to me by multiple contacts. Once I met with him, I fully understood why he came so highly recommended. He understood all the complexities of handling a sale during a divorce, and made sure to keep both parties well informed throughout. Due to various issues with the bank, there were times it really didn't seem like the sale would go through, but Vince worked tirelessly with the bank, the buyer's agent, and the attorneys to figure everything out. In the end it all worked out perfectly, and I'm so grateful to Vince for making it happen.

Vince took the stress off of us and made the sale of my mom’s house pretty seamless.

Calm, honest, and had our backs the whole way

We honestly couldn’t have done this without Vince Romano. Selling our house while trying to buy another one felt overwhelming at times, but he was steady, patient, and always one step ahead of us. Every question we had big or small he answered quickly and clearly, and we never felt like we were bothering him. Vince took the time to understand what we wanted and what mattered to us. When things got stressful (and they definitely did), he stayed calm, gave honest advice, and helped us make smart decisions without pressure. That meant a lot to us. It felt like he genuinely cared about the outcome and about us. Dedicated to Getting Job Done

The market changed as I listed my home. Vince gave me realistic advice and direction (which is what a seller needs) when I needed to hear it to get my house sold. He was available whenever I wanted to discuss any matters with him and was very responsive and professional. Stuck by my side and really came thru during the attorney approval period to keep the sale alive. Appreciated his efforts and would recommend.
