Our house was a unique one to sell because of the property, and we felt very fortunate to have a realtor like John Greco who has so much expertise. From the moment we met him, John was personable and fun to work with and, most importantly, he helped us keep a positive attitude. It was not easy to sell a house during this pandemic, but we always felt we were in good hands with John. We put the house up for sale in July and closed in mid-September. This was our first experience working with a realtor, and all the details were seamless to us -- he worked closely with our attorney, he handled any paperwork with efficiency and speed, and he showed the property every chance he could. The result was a sale with which we were very pleased! We very highly recommend John.

We worked with Leah 9 years ago when we bought our home, and she was so wonderful then that we didn’t think twice about calling her when it came time to sell. Back then, she actually found the house we ended up buying, and this time around she did just as incredible of a job helping us sell it. Leah is everything you’d want in a realtor. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, both buying and now selling with her. We absolutely loved working with Leah and will be recommending her to anyone we know who’s buying or selling a home. She’s amazing, and we’re so thankful for everything she’s done for us.

I highly reecommend Craig Sebert. I have used 4 realtors before and they were average and mostly below average. Craig is above average. He enjoys his job, so he does it well. Craig is very professional in dress as well as in demeanor. I loved that he was so responsive to my emails and texts. He worked with me and kept me included throughout the process, even after the quick sale of our home. He was caring and concerned and incredibly helpful from the negotiation, inspection point work to be done to getting us out of the house. It was a wonderful experience working with Craig. I would use Craig over and over again and refer him to my good friends.
