Loren was terrific! I called him about a condo listing one saturday morning and he offered to show my the condo whenever was convenient, so I said how about now? So he met me there an hour later and a week later the seller accepted my offer on the most beautiful lakefront condo I never dreamed I could afford. He and his partner at Baird & Warner; Pamela Ball, did a great job. I am very happy. : )

Heidi is the best! From the start she outlined her plan for selling my mother's condo. Though it wasn't the most high end property, Heidi gave us the same attention as if it were a 1million dollar property. She is professional and thorough and is highly accessible. Selling a house is overwhelming and selling an elderly relatives house during a pandemic only added to the stress. Vittoria Logli was highly recommended to me by two other relatives who utilized her amazing skills to sell their homes. Vittoria was thorough in explaining everything to me. Martin Uthe was great to work with as he has great communication skills and marketing knowledge.
