Selling a house is overwhelming and selling an elderly relatives house during a pandemic only added to the stress. Vittoria Logli was highly recommended to me by two other relatives who utilized her amazing skills to sell their homes. Vittoria was thorough in explaining everything to me. Martin Uthe was great to work with as he has great communication skills and marketing knowledge. He answers his phone 90% of the time and the other 10% he returns your call within 5 minutes which is such a pleasure in this day and age. Martin also is a great resource for support services to get the best price in a reasonable time. In addition, Martin saved me a ton of time by meeting with contractors at my condo and contacting the association's management company when needed.
