Tanya is a real delight to work with! She and her Ryan team really know the Wauconda area and all the players to get the right results. I could not be more please with how my sale went.

Nick made our dreams come true! We sold our old home for more than asking and purchased our dream home for less than asking. In this market, that's a miracle! A buy/sell can be a pretty stressful experience and Nick kept me calm along the way and made us feel safe and secure about each and every step along this process. His knowledge, professional manner, flexible availability, and kindness shone through each and every day and we couldn't be more grateful to have him as our realtor. I don't think we would have gotten where we did without him. Thank you, Nick! From the bottom of our hearts! We are all SO thrilled!!!

The owner asked $380K for the house that we wanted to buy and din't want to bargain down the price. Albina did us a great favor (given that she was not getting anything in the case we buy that house) - she had done a market estimate for the house that turned out to be $351K. Although no appraisal was done at the time, the owner agreed to drop the price to $350K based on the assessment of the market made by Albina.
