She is extremely "hands on" and works hard to make the process quick and easy. Then she will have your home photographed so nicely it looks like it belongs in your favorite shelter magazine - even printing up soft cover booklets to distribute at open houses. If any major touch ups or repairs are needed, she has a stable of trusted contractors who will respond and complete projects quickly. We were out of town for much of this process for our second home, and she was physically at the property coordinating all these various things herself. She cleaned and organized the house and moved furniture around herself. If you want to sell your home on the North Shore, Audrey is the agent to use.

Marsha goes above and beyond in whatever she is doing. A pleasure to work with, nothing too much for her and consistently available. While completely professional she made our experience with her a personal, pleasurable one. Always on point with what was needed in an extremely timely manner. Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process. We were moving from North Carolina to Illinois, and Denis and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and listened to our "wants" in a house. Martin Uthe was great to work with as he has great communication skills and marketing knowledge. He answers his phone 90% of the time and the other 10% he returns your call within 5 minutes which is such a pleasure in this day and age. Martin also is a great resource for support services to get the best price in a reasonable time. In addition, Martin saved me a ton of time by meeting with contractors at my condo and contacting the association's management company when needed.
