I had an amazing experience with Troy Stukowski. Upon my request to list, Troy immediately worked up a comprehensive list of comps. Moving forward, I especially appreciated his recommendations for making the needed repairs and staging of my home, thus resulting in a fabulous listing brochure/virtual tour and an exceptional amount of successful showings. Within a matter of days we had multiple offers. Troy methodically vetted each offer so as to give me a cohesive view of each prospective buyer. As I valued his professionalism and knowledge throughout the complete process, I was utterly impressed with his timely availability to take calls and address all questions and inquiries I presented him with. I was promptly kept informed and updated on each showing and offer. I am truly grateful for the time Troy invested in educating me and following up with each step of the home sale process, as he instilled seamless confidence through each decision I executed.

Andy was responsive and fun to work with. His advice was always good, and he was always there when he said he would be, always there when we needed him
