I knew I wanted to sell my house, but didn’t even know if it was possible with the market at that time. When I contacted Amber, it was just to explore the option and ask a few questions. Amber’s advice from this initial conversation was spot on! Her market knowledge, excellent communication skills and attention to detail was top notch. She had my house sold in record time and the entire process was as smooth as could be and, in fact, far exceeded my expectations. All of this would be enough to rate Amber as an excellent agent, but there’s more! In addition to Amber’s experience and professionalism as an agent, she is just so kind and someone that you feel really has your best interest at heart. I would be thrilled to work with Amber again and recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She’ll have your back and get the job done right!

I used Craig for both the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new home. He was extremely easy to work with and very helpful, answering any and all questions I had. His suggested listing price attracted multiple buyers quickly which led to a "highest and best" situation which ultimately led to me selling my home for significantly higher than I had originally hoped. Overall, I'm grateful for Craig's guidance through this process and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent.
