She also has a very good knowledge of the current market as well as great insight into best practices. Stacey’s go-getter attitude and professionalism helped us get our house, which we couldn’t be more happy with! This was such an easy and quick process and Stacey did such a great job of providing us with the resources we needed and kept the ball rolling the whole time! Misti came highly recommended to us at the very beginning of the process, so we reached out. During each step of the process, we felt seen and heard- she never rushed us, gave us the realistic truths about each house, and was constantly on the lookout for our best interest. She even went so far as to move our signing for us so that we would have more time to read over documents and be prepared with no hidden surprises. It was clear she knew how to do her job down to the most intricate detail and made the process so seamless. Needs to be more open on who pays agent fees. Was not aware I was paying both. Information needs to be explained in a better context so a new person can understand it. There is a lot of paperwork that needs to be signed. Make sure your Agent explains everything to you.
