Misti came highly recommended to us at the very beginning of the process, so we reached out. She was highly communicative, listened to exactly what we were looking for, and had created a site for us to view houses by the next day. During each step of the process, we felt seen and heard- she never rushed us, gave us the realistic truths about each house, and was constantly on the lookout for our best interest. She even went so far as to move our signing for us so that we would have more time to read over documents and be prepared with no hidden surprises. It was clear she knew how to do her job down to the most intricate detail and made the process so seamless. While we had a lot of nervousness being first-time homebuyers, she built up our excitement and confidence, and celebrated with us at each new benchmark moment. Needs to be more open on who pays agent fees. Was not aware I was paying both. Information needs to be explained in a better context so a new person can understand it. There is a lot of paperwork that needs to be signed. Make sure your Agent explains everything to you.
