Danielle is easy going and personable, very thorough when it comes to her work and has detailed knowledge of my search area. She was able to meet me and show properties at basically anytime. There were challenges we had with services to the property and old monetary agreements that fell into my favor which Danielle obtained through persistence with the seller. Although there weren’t any comparables and Danielle had to travel a couple hours each way, we were able to offer down the sellers to an acceptable level for me.
