We had a short timeline and Danielle was able to use her knowldege and contacts to make it happen. Seller's agent was also making suggestions to get around certain hurdles that could have put us in legal hot water later on; she kept us in the loop instead of making a potentially bad decision for us and found a better way. Her and the team including the finance agent made themselves available and were patient in answering our questions.
