Clayton made purchasing our first home virtually stress free. We ended up building our home and he was with us at every appointment and offered guidance and direction to be sure that we were taken care of. He is very knowledgeable about the market and went above and beyond to make sure we were being listened to as well! He was always available to answer the many questions we had since we were new to the process and always treated us with respect and kindness! He recommended a home inspection separate from the builder and the person he recommended was wonderful. Clayton made sure to check every detail for us from the very start to finish. He even reached out a few weeks after closing to ensure we had filed for the homeowners exemption and didn’t forget. His effort, time, and kindness is truly appreciated!!! He made buying a home for the first time in this market in Boise painless and enjoyable!!
