I am a Husband, a father, a grandfather, a veteran, a biker, a camper, a boater, a Realtor and a Notary. I’ve been a medic where I learned empathy, I managed a bank where I learned about Loans and Appraising homes, I owned a Automobile dealership where I taught negotiating skills. I was first Licensed as a Realtor in 1984, so I have some experience in this business. Everyone thinks "Real Estate" is easy, but the truth is every time you buy or sell a home things happen! My job is to simple help you over the "hurdles". With my background and experience, I can sometimes just walk around that "hurdle" making a sale seem so easy! My education at UNLV (Go Rebels) in finance makes me pretty good with numbers. My background as a mortgage officer, and appraiser helps me know title problems, loans and values of homes. And my experience in sales make me one of the best negotiators and therefore getting you the deal you need. But my best talent is "listening" and then doing what needs to be done to achieve YOUR goal. But most importantly, as an agent in this community. I'm am here to help!
