Me and my wife were looking to buy our first home and neither of us knew anything at all about the process. Clayton was always available, even when out of town on vacation, responded to emails/text asap. He was extremely helpful. Knew about the local market, did research on neighborhoods, did checks on the homes we looked at. He even helped us to understand a lot of ins and outs about how buying a home works. Was actually more helpful than our lenders with explaining things. Was always available for showings. If we were interested in a home it was typically the next day that we were meeting with him to look at it. I have always been weary of realtors but he changed my entire perception on them. He will walk a home with you, but will also let you walk yourself without feeling like he’s on your shoulder. Would give a 10 star review if it was possible!
