Lisa was able to answer questions of home's we were looking at. She was very understanding about home's and there values for the area's they were located in. Lisa understanding of conditions and needs of work or repairs needed. Electrical, water and structures.

Lisa kept us up to date on all the things that mattered. We took her advise and we're glad we did. She showed us the number of "lookers" and told us if there might be a "bite". It was a real pleasure working with her. If you have property to sell, CALL LISA!!

Lisa knows the area and trends. Stays on top of the current market. Everything I expect of an agent, she makes it clear.

Ashley provided all information needed for us to make our decision to purchase the property. She was prompt in responding to questions and providing updates as we went through the process. We had to coordinate this purchase with the sale of another property, and Ashley helped in every step with this and worked with the title company. We counted on her high real estate knowledge and expertise and are very pleased with the property we are developing into my son's home. We wouldn't have this opportunity without Ashley!!!

Ashley has an excellent negotiating skill and is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. She is professional yet extremely friendly. She goes to bat for her client. She is quick to respond with questions presented to her, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she takes it upon herself to find out the answer I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

Ashley went above and beyond to help us sell and buy our houses. Not only is she an excellent agent she listen to concerns and tries to solve them. I recommend her to everyone I talk to. You can’t go wrong with Ashley Nelson.
