She brought printouts of other houses in the area that were for sale to show comparisons to me and what a good amount to shoot for would be and she nailed it perfectly. Rachel went above and beyond for us after initially getting the house on the market. She let us know everything that was happening and was very persistent on keeping everything in order with showings and offers and whatever we needed to do. She always offered to help in any way she could. Rachel has the drive, the work ethic, and is extremely smart in her profession. We are absolutely happy and extremely appreciated everything she did to make this go so smooth and so successful for us.
