Mary Nucklols made our experience in looking for property a positive one from start to finish! Her knowledge about the area from New Meadows to White Bird was incredible. Come to find out, she had sold property to quite a few friends of ours. When we first contacted Mary and told her what we were looking for, she immediately started sending us listings. We met with her a month later, she took us to the river property that was exactly what we were looking for. Mary was such a pleasure to work with throughout the buying process. We would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy a home or property in that area.

Mariah was with us for the long haul. She did not give up or slow down on trying to find us a home to move into, even when there were lots of road blocks. We had pretty specific requests and at times might have contradicted ourselves. Mariah was determined though and found us the best fit. Her working relationship with our lender and the sellers agent really sealed the deal though. We recommend anyone from first time homebuyers to those more seasoned to reach out to Mariah Cooper for their home needs.

I had a great experience working with Rawanda. Her experience helped to understand what was needed to market and sell my property. As an out of town seller, she provided regular updates and communication to keep me informed. We were able to secure a buyer and very pleased with the entire transaction thanks to Rawanda's efforts. I will definitely use her again for any real estate needs in the area. Thanks again Rawanda.
