Selling or buying a house with Bruce, of which I have done both, is not only fun but comforting. As an older single lady it can be stressful and scary to make major changes. Not so with Mr. Gould! He’s a professional but also a real cool guy. He’s always available, shows up exactly on time, listens to your needs, and is very supportive. We are still working together to find my next home…..a condominium here in Hamilton.

I was very pregnant and out of town but she walked us through the process. Showed us options (sometimes even virtually) and got us into our new home.

Shelley is the best! She worked hard to sell my place and then to find me a new home. She will be my agent again if I have any other real estate transactions. She is a hard worker and a great person!
