Van and Sarah were awesome to work with! They are very knowledgeable about contracts and contingency sells/purchases.

KC is simply AMAZING - she helped us every step of the way. Communication is key in transactions like house selling and KC was on top of it. If we had questions or concerns she listened. I could email or call and she would always answer. If any news good or bad came up she was there. I know she has many clients but during the process the attention she gave made me feel like I was her only client (in a good way). We had the pleasure of using her almost 5 years ago to buy a house and now recently to sell that house - and even though each transaction was different seeing her represent us both times was incredible. She connects with her clients - you never feel like you are just a name on a list for her. She is strong and passionate about what she does. I tried to stump her and there was never a question she could not answer. She tells you when to contact the utilities, she knows about the appraisal process, she recommends things to make sure you get top dollar for the house you are selling. Not only is she knowledgeable she makes sure you know and understand everything you have to do to sell or buy a house from start to finish- pre-approvals, signatures, waivers and addendums she will make sure you are comfortable with the whole process.

Tony was extremely professional and honest. He gives very sound advice I strongly recommend taking. He has an expansive knowledge of the market and the valley. He has knowledge about how to maximize your sale and keep things fresh and moving. I highly recommend him.
