KC is simply AMAZING - she helped us every step of the way. Communication is key in transactions like house selling and KC was on top of it. If we had questions or concerns she listened. I could email or call and she would always answer. If any news good or bad came up she was there. I know she has many clients but during the process the attention she gave made me feel like I was her only client (in a good way). We had the pleasure of using her almost 5 years ago to buy a house and now recently to sell that house - and even though each transaction was different seeing her represent us both times was incredible. She connects with her clients - you never feel like you are just a name on a list for her. She is strong and passionate about what she does. I tried to stump her and there was never a question she could not answer. She tells you when to contact the utilities, she knows about the appraisal process, she recommends things to make sure you get top dollar for the house you are selling. Not only is she knowledgeable she makes sure you know and understand everything you have to do to sell or buy a house from start to finish- pre-approvals, signatures, waivers and addendums she will make sure you are comfortable with the whole process.

I've known KC for 10+ years and she's been our agent now on 4 or 5 transactions. I lose count. Anyway, she's super knowledgeable, very thoughtful and extremely diligent. She also just takes care of stuff. She's a wealth of information so if you ever need a guy she'll know someone (and will probably call them for you). On this house, we probably would have listed it for less but she did a thorough CMA and educated us on the market so we didn't sell under market. After we sold this house we waited patiently for the perfect house to come on the market. As soon as I saw it come on market, thanks to KC's immediate alerts, she got us in to walk through and wrote up an offer that night. We were in a competitive situation like so many others right now, but KC knew how to help us get the home we wanted and she did it! We have left every transaction feeling so grateful for having her, not just as a friend, but as our real estate agent extroirdinaire!

KC knew we were thinking about listing our lot but wanting to wait a couple of months for thee snow to thaw. She reached out and said the time is right right now. So we listed the lot and had multiple offers. While that's a great problem to have, she was extremely thoughtful in helping us navigate the difficult decisions we needed to make by offering us her insights. We quickly finalized and closed within 10 days and she managed to make it all happen while she was on a family vacation. I highly recommend KC to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Idaho.
