We have used Bob Poole for a number of real estate transactions, and will use him in any future purchase/sale. His market knowledge is unsurpassed, he's been in the business here in Boise for decades now. He knows the north end/west end area (where most of our transactions have been- we owned rentals) very well. His communication is prompt, and above all, he is an honest man and we trust him with our business.

When we were originally in the market for a house a number of years back we had started with another company that left us with a sour taste in our mouth. We ended up switching to Sabrina based on a family recommendation and it was a night and day difference. She is extremely friendly and honest, we have always felt she was looking out for us first. So when it came time to sell the house we knew it had to be with Sabrina. Her service, knowledge and advice were invaluable to us. As long as she is in the business she will remain our only choice.

It was a pleasure (yes, a pleasure) to work with Lana in the purchase of our new home. I told her what I needed in communication (or lack-of in my personal situation lol), what I was looking for in a home (all the things), and shared my anxieties (so many) from beginning to end. Laura was an absolute joy to work with. We were shopping in a competitive market with a smaller budget, but she was able to find an amazing home for us, that checked all our boxes. Her negation and seller communication proved to be a huge help in securing the property. She was also just as picky as us when it came to making sure our home got the proper seller repairs before we took ownership. Laura was flexible when it came to listing times and was prepared to see as many houses as it took to find the right one. But also gave us the right amount push when we found a great opportunity. I would recommend her to anyone!
