Amanda was absolutely Fantastic. There were many many weird deeded land parcels around our property that Amanda found, that the listing agent didnt even know about. Amanda got all the other parcels taken care of and deeded the correct way so we weren't 'land locked.' She set up meetings with the Irrigation district, Highway District & the County to get the full 100% detail of the property/parcels and its Development Potential. We cannot recommend her enough!!!
