She went above and beyond to make sure that this house sold. She organized everything for us! Took amazing photos of the property, had multiple offers for us in what seemed like minutes of the house being listed! She had great knowledge of the market and access to contractors to help us get it sold. Highly recommend!!!!
We have bought multiple homes and sold multiple homes through Amanda. Each time they have been incredibly successful and done in a timely manner. She always remains professional. And doesn't let her clients be taken advantage of while also being realistic at the same time. She is a master at negotiation. She has an incredible amount of marketing knowledge and communicates really well.
Amanda was absolutely Fantastic. There were many many weird deeded land parcels around our property that Amanda found, that the listing agent didnt even know about. Amanda got all the other parcels taken care of and deeded the correct way so we weren't 'land locked.' She set up meetings with the Irrigation district, Highway District & the County to get the full 100% detail of the property/parcels and its Development Potential. We cannot recommend her enough!!! If you want someone who will fight for you, go way above & beyond, keep up on everything and keep Everyone else on track to do Their Own Job, HIRE AMANDA!!!!!!! She is Amazing!!!!!
