We've worked with Judy and Dan for the past 13 years for all our real estate needs, and they've always been great to work with. They recently helped us sell our vacation home in Donnelly, and the process was smooth from start to finish. They're very knowledgeable and always quick to answer any questions. We were from out of state and Dave gave us great information on the area. He took us around to all the different neighborhoods and we toured many different homes, trying to figure out what type of home was best suited for us. We ended up buying a lot on the golf course which we'll be able to build the home of our dreams on. Dave was very accommodating and has a wealth of experience and expertise in construction and real estate.

Laura was an absolute joy to work with. We were shopping in a competitive market with a smaller budget, but she was able to find an amazing home for us, that checked all our boxes. Her negation and seller communication proved to be a huge help in securing the property. She was also just as picky as us when it came to making sure our home got the proper seller repairs before we took ownership. Laura was flexible when it came to listing times and was prepared to see as many houses as it took to find the right one. But also gave us the right amount push when we found a great opportunity. I would recommend her to anyone!
