Her negation and seller communication proved to be a huge help in securing the property. She was also just as picky as us when it came to making sure our home got the proper seller repairs before we took ownership. Laura was flexible when it came to listing times and was prepared to see as many houses as it took to find the right one. But also gave us the right amount push when we found a great opportunity.
