We were from out of state and Dave gave us great information on the area. He took us around to all the different neighborhoods and we toured many different homes, trying to figure out what type of home was best suited for us. We ended up buying a lot on the golf course which we'll be able to build the home of our dreams on. Dave was very accommodating and has a wealth of experience and expertise in construction and real estate.
