Laura was an absolute joy to work with. We were shopping in a competitive market with a smaller budget, but she was able to find an amazing home for us, that checked all our boxes. Her negation and seller communication proved to be a huge help in securing the property. She was also just as picky as us when it came to making sure our home got the proper seller repairs before we took ownership. Laura was flexible when it came to listing times and was prepared to see as many houses as it took to find the right one. But also gave us the right amount push when we found a great opportunity. Absolutely Amazing !!!!!! Karen went out of her way From the day we met till she handed over the keys to my home. She answered every time I called and made sure i found the home that was right for me. She talked me out of a home that i thought was "the one" and she was right, it would have been a nightmare and a money pit. And when it came to closing Karen and her partner Carly Walton were there for me and stopped the title officer right in the middle of signing because the documents that my mortgage company sent were wrong.
