As a first time home buyer, I had a lot that I did not know about home buying. Mikahla was very patient and informative through out the entire process. She explained things to me and made sure I had all the information to make an educated decision. She knew the market and how it worked. She was accommodating when it came to my work schedule and went out of her way to make sure things were done in a timely manner. She was efficient, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.I am forever thankful that she was my agent during the huge decision of buying my first house. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were fed up with our old house. I gave Joss a call and he came over the very next day. And broke it down step by step on what we needed to do. Within a matter of days we were moving out and hitting the key points on repairs to list the house. In that time frame we found our dream home, Joss moved mountains and went above and beyond to get our old house listed and our foot in the door with the new. Joss worked around the clock making sure we had everything in order and all documents were correct. He kept my wife and I up to speed with the entire process, and made sure we understood what was going on. Which was a lengthy one due to the new property being an auction. Joss kept the entire process fun and exciting. He was very straight forward and professional. Thanks to him we now live in our dream home! I cannot thank Joss enough for his hard work. When you're dealing with Joss, you're also backed by a team of professional honest hard working people. From the multiple inspections, home cleaners, carpet cleaners, handymen, septic services, etc. Joss will always have my business.

Ron and his team were so thoughtful in helping me throughout the entire process of the sale of the home. Ron was so very kind and understanding in every respect. I am very pleased. Great company.

I can’t recommend our agent highly enough. From our first conversation, she was focused on understanding exactly what we needed and worked tirelessly to find us the right home. Her advice was honest, well-informed, and always in our best interest. She steered us toward the right decisions and away from the wrong ones, and we never felt pressured. She also has an impressive network of contacts, from lenders and inspectors to contractors, and every introduction she made was valuable and made the process smoother. When something came up, she handled it quickly and kept us informed at every step. In all my years, I’ve never met a more motivated real estate agent. She went above and beyond at every turn, and we ended up in a home we love because of her effort. If you’re buying or selling, call her first. You won’t regret it.

Answered all questions, did research when needed, she is very professional and had lists of houses for me to look at that met my needs & specifications. She followed up with me after closing. I highly recommend her.
