Excellent communication quick to respond and answer any questions

I will be doing business with Sid and his crew on my next home purchase. Piece of mind is worth a lot. Another job well done.

From day one, Jose has been nothing but pleasant. We weren’t sure if we were going to sell the home or remodel, but either way he was willing to help. We got booklets full of information so we could make the right choice for us. In the long term, we were able to find a home that was also listed by Jeremy Orton real estate. From negotiations to the final closing it was nothing but remarkable the service we received. We were able to find our dream home, and we are so excited to start the next chapter in our lives in our new beautiful home. Thanks to Jose and the team for all their hard work and dedication to the process!!

I can’t recommend our agent highly enough. From our first conversation, she was focused on understanding exactly what we needed and worked tirelessly to find us the right home. Her advice was honest, well-informed, and always in our best interest. She steered us toward the right decisions and away from the wrong ones, and we never felt pressured. She also has an impressive network of contacts, from lenders and inspectors to contractors, and every introduction she made was valuable and made the process smoother. When something came up, she handled it quickly and kept us informed at every step. In all my years, I’ve never met a more motivated real estate agent. She went above and beyond at every turn, and we ended up in a home we love because of her effort. If you’re buying or selling, call her first. You won’t regret it.

My experience with Bonnie Lutz was extremely easy. Bonnie has a great communication skill, she took care of everything and made my process effortless. Bonnie handled all phases of the buying experience, Bonnie took care of all steps and guided me through with ease. I would definitely use Bonnie In the future.
