Moving from CT to FL in a panic, completely blind and highly prejudiced to a male real estate agent....Christian came recommended through a friend of a friend and utterly reset my expectations of the property buying process. I gave him 11 properties I wanted to see, with a range of prices and locale he set up a 2 day viewing schedule based grouped by geography, we had 2 shortlisted after the first day and then number 10 of 11 was the one. We had an offer structured before I left FL and closed in a month. Once under offer I was handed off to his partner Jon who helped me through the paperwork and all of the utility setup etc. It couldn't have been any smoother or less stressful a process. These guys are super professional and a joy to work with.
